WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

At DP Furniture Solutions we curate our products with care and attention to ensure customer satisfaction. We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase, however sometimes things can go wrong which are out of our control. In the unlikely and unfortunate event of customer dissatisfaction arising from a damaged or faulty item, the following policy shall apply:

WARRANTY

• Rimini Chair, Sienna Chair & Verona Chair:
  Design, manufacturing & workmanship – 5 year’s warranty
  Colour fading – 2 year’s warranty
• Fibreglass Table Tops:
  Design, manufacturing, workmanship & colour fading – 3 year’s warranty
• All Other Items:
  Design, manufacturing & workmanship – 1 year’s warranty

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS

The warranty offered specifically exclude the following:

•  damage caused by misuse or abuse to the goods.
• goods used for any purpose other than the purpose for which the goods were designed & manufactured.
• damaged caused by normal use / wear and tear.
• goods used contrary to the instructions.
• accidental damage.
• goods damaged due to negligence.
• goods which have been used on rough, un-even, soft, soil or dirt surfaces.
• these products are designed to only be used on hard, flat, smooth, even flooring.
• goods that have been assembled, physically altered, permanently installed or combined with other goods.
• incorrect assembly / installation of goods.
• over loading.
• acts of God.

RETURN POLICY

First contact the salesperson or manager to assist with your request, so that we can facilitate and expedite a remedial solution as quickly as possible to ensure the least inconvenience. The faulty or damaged item must be returned to DP Furniture Solutions, Unit 1 Commercial City, Strijdompark, Randburg, Gauteng. The items will need to be packaged sufficiently by the customer, to ensure no damage is caused in transit. Proof of purchase is required.

RIGHT TO INSPECT GOODS

DP Furniture Solutions reserves the right to inspect the alleged damaged or faulty goods to enable us to determine and institute the speediest possible remedial action
